Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use HIPAA Studio.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Use of Service

• You agree to use HIPAA Studio in compliance with all applicable laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or process on the platform.

User Content & Data

• You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• We implement robust security and compliance workflows to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and audit logging.

Compliance & Security

• We maintain HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA compliance and provide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as required.
• We provide breach notification and data access request workflows as required by law.

Fees & Payment

• Fees for paid plans and services are described on our website. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or applicable law.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIPAA Studio and Invaluable Labs, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
